ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Typical order processing time is 1-3 business days. However, during heavier ordering season that could be extended. We will keep our current processing time in the header message and always pack orders as quickly and as safely as possible. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled, including tracking number. Please note that depending on the time your order is packed, package may not be picked up by USPS until the following business day.
MULTIPLE ORDERS: We will do our best to combine multiple orders and will refund excess charges. However, due to our typically quick turnaround time your order may already be packed and labeled for shipping.
ORDER CANCELLATION: An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final (please note our current fulfillment time). We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: All packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated as flat rate for your region and/or size of your order. This is an estimate of our average cost. We will refund excess shipping charges at our discretion. If you would like signature confirmation to be added to your order, please contact us immediately so that we can add this to your order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please verify you have entered your shipping address correctly. FireFly Dairy Goats is not responsible for additional shipping charges that are incurred for incorrect or inadequate shipping addresses.
CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION: We may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance.
MISSING PACKAGES: Missing packages due to theft are not the responsibility of FireFly Dairy Goats or the USPS to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. If your order shows delivered but is not at your location, please contact your local USPS office as they are best equipped to locate your package.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact the USPS to file a claim immediately.
